Oak Meadows

The Springbrook Oaks Development is a cooperative effort of the Werth Family LLC and MJG Development, Inc.

In the late 1950’s Mr. Walter Werth purchased the south half of the Brutscher Land Claim. The property at that time was well outside the small downtown of Newberg, Oregon but still within the City limits. Mr. Werth explained to his family that he was making an investment for the future, that someday this property would be an important part of the City. Mr. Werth’s two sons, Elmer and Dean and their respective families have assumed the responsibility of managing his investment.

The Werth families have allowed Mike Gougler and his company, MJG Development Inc., to assist in the development of the property. MJG Development’s experience in land development, commercial and residential construction has helped add value to the Werth properties.

Oak Meadows is an MJG Development housing project being constructed within the Werth Family’s Springbrook Oaks Development. It is a unique project which has proven the market for high quality single family housing restricted to buyers aged 55 and over.
